- Children rates above 90cm and below 12 years old
- Senior Citizen 60 years old and above is eligible children rates
- Children below 90cm are FOC. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- RM 50.00 penalty will be imposed for replacement of Lost Day Pass
- Free Individual Travelers' (FIT) must present a valid MYKAD / MYKID at Ticketing Counter to redeem the tickets
- Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) must send name list with valid MYKAD / MYKID number during reservation and also need present name list during redemption of tickets
- Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors’ wristband tags will be removed upon exit
- All wristband tags are only allowed entry only on date of purchase
- All tickets purchased are non-refundable will be entertained
